Q: Where is my JADE designed and made?
A:
JADE does all of its own design work. We design every frame in-house using a variety of technology and tools to accomplish the design process. We build frames both in the USA and in Taiwan. Our Aluminum & aluminum/carbon models are made by a manufacturer in Taiwan that we have been working with for a long time. We have developed a relationship with this overseas builder that can meet our quality and manufacturing standards. Our Titanium frames are made in the USA. Our US based crew has over 50 years of experience machining and welding titanium and other alloys.

Q: Where is my JADE painted and assembled?
A: Your JADE is painted and assembled in our Zeeland, MI facility. We do all of our own frame finishing- which is why custom colors are easy for us to do. We assemble all JADE's in Zeeland as well.

Q: I bought the wrong size stock JADE frame, can I return it for another size?
A: Yes, if it's a whole bike send it back, if its just a frame no worries- there might be a slight delay due to our paint schedule.

Q: Can I purchase JADE through my Local Bike Shop (LBS)?
A:
Yes, you can- just have your LBS contact us and we can work through them. A Jade can be purchased consumer direct as well. We can ship directly to your local bike shop's door or directly to your door.

Q: Does my JADE come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all JADE products are covered under our Warranty policy. Please see our warranty page for details.

Q: Does JADE sponsor racers, races and tours?
A:
Yes, we do. We have sponsored riders, we sponsor races and we also provide tech support on tours. All of these are covered on our advocacy page.

Q: Will JADE service my bike if I am in the area?
A:
Yes, give us a call. We always enjoy meeting our customers face to face.

Q: Do you offer a Crash Replacement Policy
A:
We know that accidents happen and if you have been in one we are willing to work with you to resolve the loss of your ride. We want you riding not sitting around talking about riding!

Q: Can I customize my build kit specifications?
A:
Not a problem! Just email us your specifications and we will email you a price.

Q: If I have my own frame design will you build it for us?
A:
Yes, we can work with you on this.

Q: I belong to a team and we want matching JADE bikes. Can you do this and give us a discount on them?
A:
Yes, we give team discounts- please download our Custom Team Paint form and send us the information along with which frames you and your teammates choose.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A:
Yes, we ship internationally. We have many JADE's in many countries.

Q: I scratched my JADE, can I get my frame repainted?
A: Yes, please call us. The best time is the winter. The cost depends on the paint colors and design.

Q: I have my own cycling product that I want to develop. Can you help me with it?
A:
Yes, over the years JADE has offered consulting services on many processes with various cycling and non-cycling industries.
