Jade Cycles will replace at its sole discretion any item or any portion of that product deemed defective under this warranty. This warranty does not cover cosmetic or structural damage arising from abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes or collisions, improper installation and/or assembly, and improper maintenance. Any modifications, additions, or a change to the original product voids the warranty. Wear from normal use or environmental exposure is not covered by this warranty. Jade will not be responsible for any shipping and/or Dealer assembly/disassembly charges related to any warranty claim whether the claim is accepted by JADE or not. JADE does not warranty any material failure. JADE shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
The warranty is void if your JADE bicycle is subjected to abuse, alterations, improper maintenance, modifications or other excessive, improper or abnormal conditions - Labor charges incurred from part changes, assembly, disassembly and freight are the responsibility of the owner - The warranty offers no cash refunds - As the consumer you possess specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer. Please remember: the warranty only applies to the original owner with proof of purchase from JADE Cycles.
